Terrible hospital. I wouldn’t even take my dog there if his life depended on it. They canceled my appointment 10 minutes before my actual appointment due to their machine “breaking” and while on the phone with their staff explaining my frustrations, I had their 1star employee Stephanie laugh at me which I called her out for and she was hesitant to give me her name. She works in the Xray department from my knowledge. Stay away if you can.

The customer service is not good. When called to get information on handicap assistance to visit my aunt. No really good explanation on how to navigate to hospital parking assistance with wheelchair and basically had to just get someone to take me and transport me was told wheelchair at door. No valet assistance. Poor customer service. Need to be more kind and courteous and state name of facility and then your name. Judy. .be blessed 🙌

I read another reviewer say that they have unethical billing and that is the truth. The hospital building charge was more than the doctor care! Their costs for my simple procedure were over $200 more than other facilities according to the medical blue book. New patient charges even though the doctor performed my surgery a few years prior and knew me well. I will never use this facility again. Choose your provider wisely. There are other local medical facilities that are at least on par with competitive costs.

Shot me up with something so heavy against my will that I was fully unconscious to a point the transported me in sleep. They said it was to help me stop hearing voices and sleep. I was calm on my own accord and going to sleep when the staff surrounded me to force me to take a shot or they would hold me down. The blond nurse acted like a psychopath saying they couldnt help but look at me. She sat on the bed and patted it trying to get me to sit by her in a disgusting seductive predatorial way. The Ed was disgusting and dirty. She said it was salt it wasn't dirty. She said I was hearing voices and I wasn't it was staff speaking clear as day and they wouldn't stop messing with me. I kept saying shut up leave me alone but they wouldn't. I understand it's rude to say shut up but they acted like the voices I heard were fake and they were truly the staff speaking. They are a horrible institute.

Went there to get help. Was there 4 hour and still did not see a doctor. They couldn't find heat pad. Possible spine injury from fall. When she fell it never hurt her. But a week later major issues. This Carle team could care less. They would even take her to the rest room. This place is bad
